Alan currently serves as the Division Head of the Fintech Infrastructure Office at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). The Fintech Infrastructure Office is responsible for regulatory policies and strategies for developing safe and efficient technology enabled infrastructure for the financial sector.
Prior to this, Alan held various technical leadership roles in IBM, including managing consulting and development teams across Asia Pacific. He has extensive experience working with private and public sector organisations on the adoption of emerging technologies and the establishment of new digital platforms and infrastructures.
