One of the most important objectives of Mojaloop as an open source product is that it should be easily deployable and runnable on almost any kind of underlying infrastructure platform. There are two issues here: the “easy to deploy” aspect and the matter of “running on almost any kind of underlying infrastructure platform.” Mojaloop has overcome the infrastructure platform issue by leveraging Kubernetes as our target platform, which allows us to simplify and abstract our underlying infrastructure in combination with IaC (Infrastructure as Code) to automate the challenging components.
